CASHMERE--Floyd "Pat" Patterson, 85 a former Cashmere resident, died Tuesday in a Kennewick nursing home.
Patterson was born June (or Dec) 10, 1894, in Body Camp, Va., and moved to Cashmere in 1903. During World War I, he served in the Army.
On April 2 (or 19), 1920, he married Barbara Kerns at Bellingham. They lived in Cashmere, then moved to Holden, returning to Cashmere in 1959. Mrs. Patterson died in 1971, and Mr. Patterson moved to the Tri Cities a year ago.
He was a member of Rocky Reach Barracks No. 1251 and Wenatchee Eagles No. 204.
Surviving are his son, Harold, Richland; two grandaughters and three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dicie Pyeatt, Mount Vernon.
Braun Funeral Home, Cashmere, is in charge of arrangements.
