Regina had one son, Terrence Michael Mikula. He was raised by his grandfather, Ferdinand from age three to fifteen.
Regina later married Edward Hector Case. They lived in Oakland for a few years, then in San Leandro, CA. They later moved to San Lorenzo and then back to San Leandro in 1966. Her son graduated from High School there.
