Notes for Lucy Ann Wolf
The 1875 Minnesota census states that both of her parents were born in Virginia.
When Lucy Ann remarried, her husband was much younger than her (12 to 15 years younger). It was common for a Civil War widow to remarry a man much younger or much older than herself, because many men of a certain age range were now gone. Joseph Barrow, likely, was too young to serve in the Union Army at the start of the war.
