1505Martin bought cottage #54 Dolní Dobrouč from his father-in-law, Jiří Stehlík in 1718, where he most likely lived with his in-laws. On 15 February 1718, he sold this cottage to Tobias Rysavy. On the following day, 16 February 1718, he purchased cottage #12 from Jan Dušek, Jr. (most likely his deceased brother). He paid shares to brothers and sisters, Tobiáš being among them. This property had been in the family for many years, and had also belonged to his father and grandfather. Martin died sometime on or before 1751. In 1751, Jiří Dušek (most likely Martin’s son) purchased this property from his mother, the now widowed Kateřina.
